Considering the future of Naval Defence programmes, we have a purpose-built Defence plant in Wolverhampton, fully in line with MOD manufacture, storage and security specifications, providing both small and large batch production possibilities, including consignment stock for long-term programmes.
Our fasteners are used across a variety of final applications, covering Submersible and Surface Vessels (new build or refurbishment), in addition to critical vessel equipment.
Via our secure facility, we manufacture utilising the following material groups:
• NA13 (Monel 400)
• NA18 (Monel K500)
• Super Duplex (S32760)
• Carbon Steels (SM1 | SM2 | SM3) – Metric & Imperial
• Nickel Aluminium Bronze (DEF-STAN 02-833)
With traceability of paramount importance, 3.1 and 3.2 certification packs can be provided, as well as ancillary requirements for dimensional or coating reports.
